We offer this site to help current or prospective residents and their families make decisions about adult lifestyle communities and retirement for ages 55+. We have established a few ground rules to help make this site helpful and safe for all our visitors. APPLICABLE LAW & GENERAL INFORMATION

This site is created and controlled by ALC in Ontario, Canada. As such, the laws of Ontario shall apply to these Terms of Use, including the ALC Privacy Policy, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the provincial and federal courts located in Ontario for any claim or dispute against ALC arising under these Terms of Use, including the ALC Privacy Policy.
