To provide a comprehensive forum focused on the interests and values of active adults; assist ALC members in selecting the adult lifestyle community that meets their needs and wants; engage members with diverse editorial content; present Members the opportunity to participate in world class events, global travel, services and more through ALC Exclusive Experiences.

DEFINITION

Adult Lifestyle Communities are residential developments designed to meet the lifestyle preferences of active adults 55+. Though the range of amenities and services offered may vary, every Community will include the social, recreational, fitness interests and activities most sought after by their residents.

Thomas Vincent

President, Global Hospitality Inc. and Balmoral Village

Beginning with Eurolondon in 1973, Thomas Vincent has a rich history in the travel and hospitality industries spanning almost 50 years. With a wealth of experience in both corporate housing and leisure travel worldwide, his portfolio includes tens of thousands of residences through a variety of international interests. Most recently Vincent’s attention has been focused on the growth and development of Collingwood, including promoting the Arts and Culture, creating plans for affordable housing, and developing the Adult Lifestyle Community Balmoral Village.

Rose Bilak

Manager, Brand Experience & Partnerships

Brand Experience and Partnership Manager with proven relationship-building skills and a passion for nurturing individual and corporate partnerships. A highly engaged and motivated specialist in bringing the right people together, creating synergy and long lasting business relationships. A recognized leader in the loyalty/incentive markets, building relationships with key clients, stakeholders and partners to create success. Service-focused social leader with a strong commitment to serving the needs of seniors providing the cornerstone for a continued independent lifestyle.

Sue Webb Smith

Senior Marketing Consultant

Actively involved in the building and development industries since 1982, Sue specializes in marketing and advertising for development projects across the GTA. Over the past 30 years she has held positions with a number of Ontario’s top developers including Rose Corporation and Geranium Corporation, and created the full-service marketing and advertising agency, Webb Smith Marketing Group. Throughout her career, Sue has been a part of many award-winning teams, and has been recognized for her exceptional services by CHBA, BILD, and OHBA, among others.
