Interior designer Jo-Ann Capelaci divides her time between her GTA home in Peterborough, ON., working extensively with some of Ontario’s most influential new home community builders, and Thousand Oaks, CA where her focus is primarily remodeling and designing individual residences. Jo-Ann’s design expertise includes creating award-winning Model Homes and Presentation Centres; and her team of expert Colour Consultants assist homebuyers in customizing their selection of features and finishing details.

Jo-Ann believes great design can be achieved at many price points, both functionally and aesthetically. And that the art of interior design is visualizing possibilities according to your own personal style. As president of her design firm Colours & Concepts Inc. she enjoys sharing her design knowledge in new construction and remodeling spanning nearly three decades to guide homeowners to awaken their inner designer. Jo-Ann believes in creating design diversity, just as the GTA is diversified in its culture and people. This concept in design brings a home to life and makes it as unique as the people who call it home.
