Our mission is to inspire, educate, and empower individuals of all ages through a diverse range of engaging, interactive, and fun programs. We offer both online and in-person sessions designed to enlighten and empower. Our programs are designed to cater to various interests and age groups, including:

1. Healthy Aging Webinar Series for senior adults (for adults in their 40s and above). We welcome collaborations!
2. Women’s Health Webinar Series. We welcome collaborations!
3. Learning Webinar and Workshop Series for those interested in understanding the inner workings of human physiology, disease prevention, and overall health through the lens of science. Membership needed. Check out our flexible membership plans: monthly, half-yearly, and annually. Each membership offers multiple benefits.

ABOUT DR GUPTA:

Dr. Shilpi Gupta, is a Research Scientist with a background in Cancer Biology and Innate Immunology who specializes in Science and Health Communication, Writing, and Education.

She has been published in peer-reviewed high impact factor journals like Cancer Research, Journal or Biological Chemistry, Translational Research, Scientific Reports, Nature Communications and has been a guest speaker at the Older Adult Centres’ Association of Ontario; Caledon Public Library; Toronto Council on Aging; Circle of Care, Sinai Health; Vaughan Public Library; North York Seniors Centre;  Seniors Persons Living Connected.

In 2023, she authored a book titled ‘Empowering Aging: Insights from Healthy Aging Series‘ for adults and seniors to help them in their aging journey.
