This weekly online class aims to be just as attentive and personal as an in person experience. Attendees will learn and practice meditation, allowing them to use and apply it to situations in life. The gentle and easy technique shared is known as ‘Sahaja Yoga’ meditation and is practiced in more than 100 countries.
