Located across from the Pickering Town Centre and the Pickering Recreation Complex, V!VA Pickering offers a plethora of things to do, inside and out. Planned activities include fitness classes, lectures, cooking demonstrations and scheduled outings. A hairdresser and concierge are also available. 

Spacious assisted- and independent-living suites range in size from 524 to 964 square feet, and all suites benefit from personally controlled heat and air conditioning. Anytime dining is available, and nutritious meals are made from fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs grown in the V!VA Victory Garden. Quality wine selections are offered with meals, and the on-site café serves coffee and snacks throughout the day.
