The management of Victoria Manor Retirement Home believe in the provision of a home away from home for all residents. Our mandate is to promote a high standard of care in all aspects relating to the health, safety and general wellbeing of the elderly. We believe in the inherent dignity and worth of an individual. We believe in the rights of all people to live their lives to the fullest extent possible. We believe that Victoria Manor Retirement Home is responsible for ensuring that the staff that we recruit subscribe to the philosophy and objective of our home and are dedicated to the care of the elderly.
