About this Community

Sagewood has been in the Lower Sackville community for over ten years and is known to be a first choice for many families when indicating preferences with the Department of Health and Wellness for care for a loved one. Sagewood has four cottages which each house 12–13 residents. Sagewood has embraced the Eden Philosophy of care which addresses the three plagues elders encounter: loneliness, helplessness and boredom. Our residents enjoy recreation programming that supports the Eden Care philosophy, and our staff enjoy their career in caring with the flexibility the Sagewood environment offers.
