In addition to the three-storey rental residence, one level in the building is designated for those who require more specialized care, as are villa-type accommodations.

In the main building, residents have access to customized care plans, on-site fitness programs and therapeutic tub packages. In addition, three meals a day are provided, as well as unlimited snack and beverages, and the use of the common areas and activities’ room.
