About this Community

Reclaiming part of Newmarket’s past, King George School Lofts and Townhomes incorporates 11 condominium lofts within the old school, and adds 14 two-storey, freehold towns to make up the community. The existing, century-old trees help to sustain the original atmosphere. Residents have access to shopping, restaurants, theatres and entertainment.
