Well-respected as a quality furniture manufacturer for generations, the Gibbard furniture factory was an important part of Napanee’s history. To recognize this important legacy, the Gibbard District has been designed to reflect similar attributes, and become a waterfront destination. Here, two low-rise buildings have been positioned to pivot 90 degrees so that all suites have a view of the Napanee River.

Building one features garden villas with 12-foot-stained oak ceilings, exposed concrete floors and private terraces. The second building includes condo suites up to 1,651 square feet. As part of the Gibbard District, retail opportunities are also available, and a private kayak dock is within walking distance.
