About this Community

Welcome to Beattie Manor Retirement Community. Beattie Manor is a solid, single story home, built on a beautiful, tranquil and serene 43 acre estate. The estate is located on the Thames River in Wardsville, Ontario with over 1600 feet of steep banked riverfront.

The facility was established in 1965 and was donated by the James A. Beattie foundation. In honor of Mr. Beattie’s generosity and dedication to the seniors community in the town of Wardsville, his name will remain.​

Beattie Manor has up to 35 beds, independent and assisted living. We are a smaller home, which gives us the ability to adapt to all of our residents needs. Registered staff are on duty 24 hours a day to ensure our residents receive professional care.
