About this Community

Rose-Marie Care Home is a concept of living; a small intimate home like environment especially for people diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia; A safe, secure, stigma-free environment where the symptoms of the illness can be addressed in an individual empathic manner.

We promote the dignity and self-worth of all our residents and strive to assist each person so they may enjoy and have an excellent quality of life as defined by the residents, both individually and as a group. We encourage resident and staff group discussions and decision-making.Residents have access to all areas of their home, and self-determination in activities, socialization, and food preferences.

This is by no means just a caregiving facility…
